ROBERT “BOB” E. McMICHAEL, 80, of New Haven, died on Monday, Nov. 5, 2012, at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne. Born in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late William and Emma McMichael. He was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, New Haven and the Holy Name Society. He served his country in the U.S. Army Reserve and was a retired brick mason. “Bob’s children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren meant everything to him.” He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Mary; children, Patricia (Richard) Feagler of Fort Wayne, Robert (Sandra) McMichael of Peoria, Ariz. and Steven (Judy) McMichael of New Haven; grandchildren, Aaron and Andrew Feagler, Claire Schrecker, Paul, Kaitlin and Alyssa McMichael; and great-grandchildren, Barbara Bea and Sophia Feagler. He was preceded in death by 12 siblings. Mass of Christian Burial is 10 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 8, 2012, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 943 Powers St., New Haven, with calling one hour prior.
