CRAIG L. MILLER, 59, formerly of Fort Wayne, most recently of Nashville, Tenn., died on Monday, March 25, 2013, as a result of a single car accident near Nashville. Born Dec. 10, 1953, in Fort Wayne, he was a son of Lewis Levi Miller and Margaret E. (Kinsey) Miller. Craig was currently employed with Comprehensive Health Services in Smyrna, Tenn. as the Regional Director of Health Clinics since September of 2012. Prior to that, he served as C.E.O. of American Medical Response of Fort Wayne where he served in numerous capacities for many years. He was also employed in the past with Parkview Health System and Lutheran Hospital, in Fort Wayne. Craig was one of the founding board members of Camp Whatcha Wanna-Do. Survivors include his mother, Margaret Miller of Harlan; sons, Gabriel Miller and Seth Miller, both of Fort Wayne; brother, Steve (Deb) Miller of Fort Wayne; sister, Connie (Ed) DeLong of New Haven; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral service is 11 a.m. Monday, April 1, 2013, at Pathway Community Church, 11910 Shearwater Run, Fort Wayne, with visitation one hour before the funeral service. Pastor Ron Williams officiating. Visitation also from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday, March 31, 2013, at the church. Burial in Scipio Cemetery near Harlan.
