NADINE M. MOELLERING, 92, died on Monday, Jan. 6, 2014, at Lakeland Nursing Center, Angola. Born in New Haven, she was the daughter of John and Johanna Werling. She was a member of Emanuel Lutheran Church, New Haven. She was a very active member with American Legion Post 296 and 330. She retired in 1979, as the owner and operator of C&N Tire. Nadine loved to dance and play Euchre. She is survived by her daughters, Candyss (Rex) Franklin of Roanoke and Patricia (Lewis) Clay of Hamilton; sister, Viola Bearman of New Haven; grandchildren, Jason (Wendy) Frank and Stephanie (Dustin) Applegate; great-grandchildren, Autumn Frank and Hunter Applegate; step-granddaughter, Heather (Tony) Okuly; and step-great-grandchildren, Becca, Kelsey and Courtney Okuly. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Carl, in 1973; two brothers; and three sisters. Funeral service is 10:30 a.m. Friday at Emanuel Lutheran Church, 800 Green St., New Haven, with calling one hour prior. The Rev. David Stecker officiating. Calling also from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at E. Harper & Son Funeral Home, 740 St. Rd. 930 E., New Haven. Burial in the church cemetery.
