Central Lutheran School eighth grader, Benjamin Loshe, was one of three area school students to win the Concordia Scholar Award. The winners receive $2,500/year as an academic scholarship to Concordia Lutheran High School.

Finalists were chosen based on applications, written essays, and interviews. Students needed to be academically exemplary and demonstrate integrity and good character not only at school but also in the church, home and community. C.L.S. Principal, Kevin Creutz, stated, “We are very proud of Benjamin for earning the Concordia Scholar Award. Benjamin lives out his faith each and every day through his dedication to his family, friends, church, and school. He is well deserving of this honor!”
