Cheerleading isn’t just jumping and waving pompoms!  It is a sport that requires hard work, as well as a good attitude.

Coming into cheerleading as a freshman, I never thought of the life lessons you’d learn.  Coach, Julie Lebamoff, and her son and manager, Alex, have been such an awe spring duo.  They teach us giving back to the community is the best thing to do.

Now as a junior, I can say I am proud to be a Warrior!  The Woodlan Cheer Squad has been through it all.  From getting third at State last year, to a great start at IU this year,  receiving two all  American’s,  a jump off champion, first and second for extreme routine, first for home dance, and third for stunt off.

We couldn’t have done it without the help and support of our community, as well as our friends and family.  Thank you, and when the tough gets going, the going gets tough!  Optimism is the key to cheerleading.

Please come join us at our Woodlan Cheer Clinic, September 13,2014 from 9 am-12pm, in the  Woodlan High School.
