LINDA (HEYERLY) HOLMAN, 77, passed away Friday, Nov. 21, 2014 at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne. Born in Decatur, Linda worked with Lincoln Life for 37 years, retiring in 1998. She was a member of New Horizon Fellowship. “She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She had unwavering love and faith for the Lord”. She enjoyed basket making, cooking, and spending her time with her family. Surviving are her husband, Harry Holman of New Haven; sons, Douglas (Debbie) Swygart of New Haven, Brent Swygart of Fort Wayne; daughter, Christa (Scott) Perrine of Greenfield; step-daughters, Angela (John) Holman of Fishers, Amanda Holman of Carmel; sister, Rebecca (Robert) Durbin of Decatur; brothers, John Heyerly of New Haven, Sam (Sharon) Hererly of Yoder, David (Jeanie) Heyerly of Decatur, eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Frieda Heyerly; grandson, Brandon Perrine; and sister, Kay Schladenhauffen. Service is 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 25, 2014 at New Horizon Fellowship, with calling one hour prior. Pastor Jeff Elliott officiating. Calling also from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday, Nov. 24, 2014 at D.O. McComb & Sons Maplewood Park Funeral Home, 4017 Maplecrest Road. Burial in I.O.O.F. Cemetery in New Haven.
