TAYLOR A. ELZEY, 20, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2015, at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne. Born in Fort Wayne, she was a graduate of New Haven High School. Taylor worked as a crew member with McDonalds. She was a member of Tillman Road Church of God, The Roller Dome Speed Skating Club, and was number one in the nation in her age group, and the Fort Wayne Derby Girls. Surviving are her father, Robert E. Elzey of Fort Wayne; mother, Susan A. (Al) Forks of Fort Wayne; brothers, Matt and Adam Elzey, both of Fort Wayne; step grandmother, Willedean Crisp of Monroeville; grandfather, Harold Bud Struver of Bluffton; grandmother, Sonja Ray Elzey of Fort Wayne; grandfather, Lowell (Susan) Elzey of Bluffton; grandparents, Con (Helen) Forks of Warsaw; uncles, Bill (Donna) Struver and Richard (Cindy) Elzey, both of Fort Wayne; aunts, Nancy (Scott) Zimmerman of Dallas Texas and Kathleen Martin of Washington D.C.; cousins, Jasmine Escalante of Exeter, Calif., Nikkiya (Daryl) Daniels of Fort Bragg, Derek Elzey of Indianapolis, and Joey Struver; God parents, Larry (Kim) Elzey of Ossian; pastor and special friends Bill (Suann) Bradley of New Haven. She was preceded in death by her brother, David E. Elzey; and grandmother, Nancy Anne Struver. Funeral service is 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 28, 2015, at Tillman Road Church of God, 3710 Tillman Road, with calling from noon to 2 p.m. Pastor Bill Bradley officiating. Calling also from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 27, 2015, at the Tillman Road Church of God. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Allen County S.P.C.A.
